Guests are invited to use the Pacific View balconies which all have spectacular views over Whangamata and out to the Pacific Ocean and offshore islands.
Enjoy one of Kathryn’s special cappuccinos and marvel at the views whilst you make your plan of action for the day.

Breakfast at Pacific View is a celebration and is served in the dining room at a time to suit you. Kathryn’s cooked breakfast is a great way to start your day. Alternatively restrict your breakfast to low fat options like fresh locally sourced fruits, yummy Greek yoghurt, and some of Kathryn’s homemade Muesli. Finally, follow all this with one of the wonderful special coffees from Kathryn’s Espresso coffee maker. These lovely breakfasts are of course all included in your tariff.
HAPPY HOUR
Each evening guests are invited to share a complimentary glass of wine with your hosts before you head out for dinner.
DINING IN WHANGAMATA
Whangamata has a small selection of good restaurants and cafes. During the busy summer holiday period it is advisable to book ahead and Kathryn and Peter will be happy to do this for you and will advise on best options.
IN HOUSE DINING
Alternatively, you might like to consider dining in-house with Kathryn and Peter. Whilst Kathryn is passionate about creating simple yet delectable food, dinners at Pacific View are more about enjoying good food, good wine, and good conversation in a relaxed and casual environment. Dinners are available by prior arrangement (24 hours notice) and are based on a set menu at a cost of $50 pp.
